GPS Goes “Out of This World” at the Gilbert Days Parade, with Dr. McCord as Grand Marshall

This year’s Gilbert Days Parade went “Out of this World.” Superintendent Dr. Shane McCord served as Grand Marshall, leading all 39 Gilbert Public Schools in a celebration that highlighted student creativity, school pride, and the community traditions that make Gilbert a special place.

Behind the A Rating: The Drive for Continuous Improvement at GPS

At Gilbert Public Schools, excellence doesn't come by accident. Gilbert Public Schools Demonstrates Academic Excellence with Another A-Rating from the State

The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) has released the 2024-25 School Letter Grades. For the 2024-25 school year Gilbert Public Schools has achieved an ‘A’ letter grade for our school district. Further, all GPS schools have achieved either an ‘A’ or ‘B’ letter grade, rating them as excellent or highly performing by the Arizona Department of Education.
